Women are the cornerstone of society and our most valuable assets that enable us to look to the future with hope. As Nero Industries family, with this awareness, we did not forget our valuable employees on 8 March International Women’s Day and organised a special day for them.
Women have been the most important power not only in our family and society but also in business life. As Nero Endüstri, we always support the devoted work of our female employees and we see providing them with equal and fair working environments as our priority.
On the occasion of this special day, we presented meaningful gifts to our female employees to show our gratitude. At the same time, we organised enjoyable activities to boost their morale and motivation. We also included inspirational speeches and awareness-raising presentations to emphasise the great role women play in our lives and in our company.
