FT-90 Positive Pressure Filtration System is developed to protect vehicle crews against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats by generating and sustaining positive internal pressure. By ensuring a continuous flow of filtered air, the system maintains a safe breathing environment within sealed vehicle compartments.
The system is deployed in military vehicles requiring full collective CBRN protection. Typical applications include armored vehicles, tactical platforms, command vehicles, and special-purpose military vehicles operating in environments with potential CBRN contamination.
FT-90 is ergonomically designed in accordance with MIL-STD-1472 and manufactured to comply with NATO AEP-54, MIL-STD-810, and MIL-STD-461 requirements. The system integrates high-efficiency particulate and gas filtration components to ensure comprehensive protection against CBRN agents.
The modular design enables bolt-on installation without requiring vehicle structural modifications and allows on-site installation on vehicles already in service. The system includes an integrated overpressure valve, NBC-certified three-way changeover valve, and a DC electronic brushless overpressure fan with flow regulation for low maintenance operation.
A self-cleaning primary cyclone filter and a removable secondary filter are positioned upstream of the main CBRN filter to extend filter service life. Filter replacement can be performed from inside the vehicle, allowing uninterrupted crew protection in life-threatening conditions. The system is fully compatible with existing vehicle HVAC and air conditioning control systems, enabling unified control of heating, cooling, and CBRN functions through a single interface.
FT-90 Positive Pressure Filtration System is designed and validated in accordance with the following standards:
NATO AEP-54
MIL-STD-1472
MIL-STD-810
MIL-STD-461
These standards confirm ergonomic suitability, environmental durability, electromagnetic compatibility, and collective protection performance.
The FT-90 system continuously filters ambient air and supplies clean air into the vehicle while maintaining stable positive pressure. By combining controlled airflow, integrated pressure relief, and advanced filtration stages, the system ensures reliable collective protection and operational continuity for vehicle crews operating in CBRN-threat environments.
