CV-90 Overpressure Filtration System

CV-90 Overpressure Filtration System
CV-90 Overpressure Filtration System is designed to provide collective CBRN protection for vehicle crew compartments by maintaining controlled positive internal pressure. The system continuously monitors and regulates the pressure difference between the internal protected environment and external atmospheric conditions to prevent the ingress of contaminated air.

Configuration and System Structure
The system measures and displays the pressure difference between external and internal environments via a digital interface. External pressure data is transmitted to the internal sensor through a pneumatic hose, allowing continuous comparison with internal pressure values.
Audible and visual warnings are activated when the pressure difference falls below the manually adjustable threshold. The system includes dim-out mode, alarm mute, and built-in test functionality to support operational flexibility.
CV-90 integrates a high-capacity filtration unit with an air flow rate of up to 170 m³/h, a multi-stage fan, controllable relief valve, and NATO-standard CBRN filters. The modular design allows bolt-on installation without requiring structural vehicle modifications and supports on-site installation on vehicles already in service.
Test Standards
CV-90 Overpressure Filtration System is designed and validated in accordance with the following standards:
NATO AEP-54
MIL-STD-810
MIL-STD-461
MIL-C-38999
MIL-DTL-27500
These standards confirm environmental durability, electromagnetic compatibility, electrical integrity, and collective protection performance in CBRN environments.
Functional Role
The CV-90 system filters contaminated ambient air and supplies clean air to the crew compartment while maintaining stable positive pressure. By combining high airflow capacity, pressure monitoring, and automatic warning mechanisms, the system ensures continuous crew protection and operational safety during CBRN exposure without requiring crew members to leave the vehicle.
