CV-90 Overpressure Filtration System is developed to protect vehicle crews against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats by creating and maintaining positive pressure inside the vehicle. By ensuring that internal pressure remains higher than external pressure, the system prevents contaminated air from entering the crew compartment.
Deployment Areas
The system is deployed in military vehicles requiring full overpressure CBRN protection. Typical applications include armored vehicles, tracked and wheeled platforms, command vehicles, and special-purpose military vehicles operating in high-risk CBRN environments.
Configuration and System Structure
The system measures and displays the pressure difference between external and internal environments via a digital interface. External pressure data is transmitted to the internal sensor through a pneumatic hose, allowing continuous comparison with internal pressure values.
Audible and visual warnings are activated when the pressure difference falls below the manually adjustable threshold. The system includes dim-out mode, alarm mute, and built-in test functionality to support operational flexibility.
CV-90 integrates a high-capacity filtration unit with an air flow rate of up to 170 m³/h, a multi-stage fan, controllable relief valve, and NATO-standard CBRN filters. The modular design allows bolt-on installation without requiring structural vehicle modifications and supports on-site installation on vehicles already in service.
