Our company, engaged in the production and sales of Fire Suppression and Explosion Suppression Systems, Power Systems, and Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Filtration Systems, as well as import, export, installation, and service activities, has adopted stable growth as its primary objective by continuously meeting the needs and expectations of its customers.

Achieving this level of quality is made possible through the adoption of a structured system of procedures that reflect our company’s authority and independent audit bodies to both existing and potential customers. The success of this policy includes all personnel who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting from a continuously improved working environment for everyone. The Quality Control Manager assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining the quality system at the required level through routine operations.

The objectives of the management system are as follows:

a) To establish, maintain, effectively implement, continuously review, and integrate a compatible quality assurance system by complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management Systems, AS 9100:2016 Aerospace Quality Management Systems, ISO 27001:2017 Information Security Management Systems, AQAP-2110 NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development and Production, and AQAP-2310 NATO Quality Management System Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defence Contractors, and to continuously increase the level of quality by emphasizing teamwork so that all employees become more competent individuals who can utilize their capabilities at the highest level,

b) To maintain product and service standards within the desired quality and budget limits and to complete each project on time using advanced technical methods fully aligned with project requirements,

c) To ensure customer satisfaction and produce marketable products by meeting customer requirements and applicable standards, producing the requested quality products and services at competitive and appropriate quality levels at lower cost compared to competitors, delivering them on time, and fulfilling information security requirements by considering existing and potential risks,

d) To ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety, and other legal and safety requirements covered within the scope of the quality management systems,

e) To increase the efficiency of all processes to a level that can compete internationally in line with a continuous improvement approach by utilizing the excellence model,

f) To support the protection of environmental health by reducing the use of natural resources required for our production activities and by monitoring and controlling environmentally harmful waste, to respect the environment in the use of natural resources, to prevent waste in raw material consumption, and to continuously save energy consumption,

g) To maximize customer satisfaction through the services provided by Nero Endüstri Savunma Sanayi A.Ş.,

h) To organize training programs that will increase technical and behavioral competencies and to provide the necessary resources in order to improve the awareness and responsibility of all employees and relevant parties regarding quality, environment, and occupational health and safety,

i) To closely follow new technologies in productivity and achieve the highest performance levels,

j) To evaluate risks within the scope of hazards defined under Occupational Health and Safety, to create a safe working environment within all production and operational activities, and to take preventive measures,

k) To evaluate risks that may arise in information assets, including stakeholders, and to ensure secure access by reducing the impact of threats while protecting integrity and confidentiality,

l) To allocate resources for projects that increase energy efficiency,

m) To implement energy-saving measures in consumption, reduce natural resource usage, and keep it under control,

n) To provide secure access to information assets; to be aware of risks related to confidentiality, accessibility, and integrity of all personal data and information assets belonging to our employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners, and to effectively manage these risks,

o) To protect the reliability and brand image of the organization; to implement necessary actions in cases of information security and personal data breaches; and to ensure full participation across the company in personal data and information security approaches while maintaining high awareness, and to be a leading company in its sector.
