The following processes are applied in the recruitment processes for our career staff.
Internship Process

Undergraduate Internship Program
- Must be currently enrolled in one of the four-year undergraduate programs listed below.
- Must have a mandatory internship requirement.
- Must be a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 out of 4.
University/Industry Collaboration Internship Program
- Within the scope of this program, students from universities with signed cooperation agreements have the opportunity to complete their internships during the year.
- Must be a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year student.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 out of 4.
Applied Education Program
- Students who have previously completed an internship at Nero Industry or Group Companies are included in the applied training program after completing their compulsory internship, upon the request of the student and the approval of the unit manager.
- If mutual satisfaction is achieved, priority is given to interns in open positions.

Vocational/Technical High School Internship Program
- Vocational/Technical High School Internship Program In line with the quota stipulated in the Vocational Education Law and within the scope of the company’s field of work, internship opportunities are provided to Vocational / Trade High School students throughout the education and training periods of each year.
- This internship program covers an education period and students do their internship by studying at the school for two working days a week and in the company for three days during the current education period.
Basic Opportunities of the Program
- 35% of the minimum wage for working 5 days a week.
- Service possibility.
- Lunch opportunity.

- Technical mentoring support
- Experience working on technical projects.
