UFT-80 Overpressure Filtration System is designed to generate and maintain positive pressure within protected vehicle compartments. By supplying filtered clean air at a controlled rate, the system prevents contaminated external air from entering the personnel area and supports continuous CBRN protection during operations.
The system is deployed in military vehicles and mobile platforms requiring compact and modular overpressure CBRN protection. It is suitable for armored vehicles, tactical platforms, and special-purpose vehicles operating in environments with potential CBRN exposure.
UFT-80 features a modular fan filter architecture with a cassette-type filter group that enables rapid filter replacement in field conditions. The system delivers up to 80 m³/h of filtered air to the protected area, supporting stable overpressure within the crew compartment.
An advanced digital user interface allows real-time system monitoring, warning control, and fault detection. Audible and visual alerts are generated when the pressure difference falls below the manually adjustable threshold. The system includes dim-out, alarm mute, and built-in test functions to support operational flexibility.
The compact design enables bolt-on installation without requiring vehicle structural modifications and allows on-site installation on vehicles already in service.
UFT-80 Overpressure Filtration System is designed and manufactured in accordance with applicable military standards, including:
NATO AEP-54
MIL-STD-810
MIL-STD-461
These standards validate environmental durability, electromagnetic compatibility, and collective protection performance under military operating conditions.
The UFT-80 system filters contaminated ambient air and supplies clean air to the protected area while maintaining positive internal pressure. Through continuous pressure monitoring, controlled airflow, and rapid filter replacement capability, the system ensures reliable crew protection and uninterrupted operation in CBRN-threat environments.
