Deployment Areas
The system is deployed on military vehicles, anti-riot vehicles, law enforcement platforms, border patrol vehicles, and VIP security vehicles. It is suitable for urban security operations, public order management, perimeter protection, and tactical military missions requiring non-lethal engagement and obscuration capability.
Configuration and Structural Design
NU-40SGLS supports 37 mm, 38 mm, and 40 mm ammunition and features adjustable elevation angles of 15°, 30°, and 45°. The launcher can be configured to provide 90°, 120°, 180°, or full 360° protection depending on vehicle layout and operational needs.
The system supports control of multiple launcher units, with the capability to manage between 4 and 16 launchers through a centralized control unit. Communication is performed via CAN Bus J1939, enabling integration with vehicle electronic architectures.
The launcher is powered by a 28 VDC nominal supply (16–32 VDC range) and uses a resettable electric solenoid activation mechanism. Robust construction, IP67 ingress protection, and corrosion-resistant coating ensure reliable operation in harsh environments.
