NERO Smoke Grenade Launcher System (76 mm)

The NERO Smoke Grenade Launcher System is a rugged, vehicle- and platform-mountable solution engineered for rapid obscuration and tactical concealment. The baseline launcher uses 76 mm smoke rounds and is configured to provide reliable area smoke coverage up to 45 meters. The system supports both sequential and salvo employment profiles to meet convoy, perimeter, and platform-defense mission requirements.

Designed for tactical flexibility, the launcher offers selectable firing modes — single tube, selected group, or full salvo — and can be configured for protection angles of 90°, 120°, 180° or full 360° coverage. Standard configurations support 4–16 launchers; the system is scalable to smaller 2-launcher setups or expanded arrays up to 18 launchers with required fire-control adjustments and mounting validation.

Constructed from high-grade, corrosion-resistant alloys and composites, the NERO system is engineered to withstand shock, vibration, and prolonged environmental exposure. It is compatible with land and naval platforms and adheres to military mechanical and electrical interface standards for straightforward integration. Plug-and-play support simplifies connection to existing fire-control and power distribution networks.

An advanced remote control unit provides manual and automatic operation modes, allowing the operator to remain at a safe standoff distance. The human-machine interface is designed for intuitive, rapid response under stress. Typical applications include vehicle concealment, perimeter and compound protection, and naval platform obscuration.

The system meets relevant military standards and requires fire-control calibration and mounting validation for installations that exceed the standard launcher count or use non-standard mounts.
