GF-60 Filter

GF-60 Filter
GF-60 Filter is a CBRN gas filtration solution designed to provide reliable protection against a wide spectrum of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear agents. Developed for collective protection applications, the filter ensures effective purification of contaminated air before it is supplied to vehicle crews or enclosed military environments.
GF-60 Filter
The primary purpose of the GF-60 Filter is to neutralize hazardous CBRN agents present in contaminated air. By using specially treated military-grade activated carbon, the filter adsorbs toxic chemical agents and supports protection against biological, radiological, and nuclear threats, ensuring safe breathing air for personnel.
Deployment Areas
GF-60 Filter is intended for use in military vehicles and shelters that require medium-capacity CBRN gas filtration. Typical deployment areas include armored vehicles, tactical platforms, mobile command units, and enclosed military systems operating in environments exposed to chemical or industrial hazards.
Configuration and Structural Design
GF-60 utilizes high-surface-area activated carbon to trap and neutralize contaminants through physical and chemical adsorption. The filter is capable of removing agents such as Sarin, Mustard gas, Capsaicin, Chlorine, Tabun, as well as biological, radiological, and nuclear contaminants.
The filter operates with an airflow capacity of 60 m³/h, making it suitable for medium-flow collective protection systems. Unlike commercial-grade carbon filters, GF-60 uses specially treated military-grade impregnated activated carbon designed to protect against deadly CBRN agents.
The activated carbon media is based on ASZM-TEDA technology, which is recognized for its high chemical adsorption performance and suitability for collective and personal CBRN protection systems. The filter structure supports custom media configurations for specific operational requirements.
GF-60 Filter has been internationally tested and approved by the TNO laboratory, validating its filtration efficiency and operational reliability.
Test Standards
GF-60 Filter has been tested and validated through internationally recognized procedures and approved by the TNO laboratory for CBRN gas filtration performance.
Functional Role
GF-60 Filter continuously removes toxic gases and hazardous CBRN agents from incoming air before distribution to protected spaces. By maintaining controlled airflow and high adsorption efficiency, the filter supports sustained protection of vehicle crews and personnel during CBRN threat conditions.
Its use of military-grade impregnated activated carbon and medium-flow capacity makes GF-60 a dependable component in CBRN collective protection systems designed for harsh and high-risk operational environments.
