Defense Industry News from Us Technology Update

Nero Industries was proud to participate in the NATO Industry Forum 2025, held on 5–6 November 2025 in Bucharest, Romania.

By joining this high-level forum, Nero Industries aimed to align its technological, engineering, and production capabilities with NATO’s evolving industrial vision. The 2025 edition focused on the defence sector’s changing operational needs and the integration of advanced technologies within the NATO framework.

As the global defence landscape continues to transform through the convergence of technology, data, and collaboration, Nero Industries remains committed to being an active contributor delivering innovative, reliable, and integrated solutions that support the security and readiness of the Alliance.

During the November–December period, Nero Industries also took part in a key collaboration meeting organized by the OSTIM Defence and Aviation Cluster (OSSA) together with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of National Defence – Directorate General of Technical Services.

The meeting opened with speeches by:

Following the opening remarks, MSB experts delivered informative presentations on:

Introduction of MSB Military Factories
Facility Security Certificate / Production Permit Certificate Processes

In the second part of the meeting, Nero Industries had the opportunity to present our products and capabilities to the MSB delegation, followed by bilateral cooperation discussions. This engagement represented a valuable step toward strengthening alignment with national defence industry priorities and exploring new collaboration opportunities.

Between 1–4 December, Nero Industries participated in EDEX 2025, one of the region’s most significant defence exhibitions.

Nero Industries had the great honor of welcoming Maj. Gen. Staff Mohamed Abd Elhamed Ali from the Arab Republic of Egypt – Ministry of Defence, along with his distinguished delegation, at our stand.

During this high-level visit, we held productive discussions focusing on:

Upcoming test activities and system integrations to be carried out in Egypt
Coordination of an upcoming factory visit in Türkiye
Opportunities to deepen technical cooperation and joint development projects

This meeting marked an important milestone in advancing our planned collaborations, and Nero Industries look forward to progressing into the next phases of our joint efforts following EDEX 2025.

Throughout the exhibition, Nero Industries clearly demonstrated its capability to supply key subsystems across a wide spectrum of military platforms. The strong engagement and highly positive feedback from visiting delegations once again confirmed the company’s growing reputation as a reliable, flexible, and innovative defence partner.

On 18 December 2025, Nero Industries participated in the 7th Defence Industry Meetings, one of Türkiye’s key sectoral gatherings, focusing this year on Supply Chain and Sustainability.

Nero participated together with its group companies STEST, MILSHEL, MPT, and RGB, highlighting the strength of our integrated group structure. Through complementary capabilities spanning testing and validation, mission support solutions, engineering driven manufacturing, and electronics & system integration, the Nero Industries reinforced its commitment to delivering sustainable, resilient, and end-to-end supply chain solutions for defence programs.

To conclude the year, a year end evaluation dinner and internal gathering was held on 26 December 2025 with the participation of all Nero Industries group companies and the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Alican Ökçün.
