Nero Pulse | Q1 2026

As we entered 2026, Nero Industries sustained its strong growth trajectory, building on the achievements of the previous year. Incoming requests have increased significantly, reflecting both market confidence and the rising demand for advanced defense solutions.
To meet this demand, we have expanded our production capabilities and increased stock levels, enabling faster delivery cycles and improved operational efficiency. These enhancements position us to respond more effectively to both existing and emerging requirements.

International Engagements
The first quarter of 2026 was marked by active participation in key international defense exhibitions.
We began the year with SHOT Show 2026 in Las Vegas, USA, together with our group company Ares Fire and Safety Systems LLC, representing Nero Industries in the United States.
During the exhibition, we showcased a range of advanced technologies, including:
• Smoke Grenade Launcher Systems
• Laser-Guided Drone Technologies
• Tactical Wearable Laser Warning Systems
In addition to engaging with numerous US-based companies, we hosted representatives from various countries, providing an opportunity to present not only our showcased systems but also our broader product portfolio and turnkey capabilities.
In February, we continued our international engagements at World Defense Show 2026 in Saudi Arabia, one of the most strategically important defense platforms in the region.
Our discussions in Saudi Arabia demonstrated a strong and growing interest in Nero Industries’ capabilities, particularly in localization and technology transfer. Compared to previous engagements, meetings were more comprehensive and outcome-focused, covering long-term cooperation models, local industrial partnerships, and potential company establishment in the region.

Strategic Market Expansion
As part of our global growth strategy, preparations for the DSA Malaysia Exhibition (April 2026) have been successfully completed.
Aligned with our objective of strengthening our presence in the Asia-Pacific region, we have conducted extensive pre-event engagements with both existing clients and potential partners. These efforts are expected to accelerate our market penetration and establish a stronger regional footprint.

Ecosystem Strength & Industrial Impact
Nero Industries continues to leverage the strength of its group companies to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
In this context, GDS has initiated nationwide deployment activities for its Recycling and Deposit Return Machines under the Zero Waste Project. Approximately 800 units are being integrated across all 81 provinces, contributing to sustainable infrastructure and environmental responsibility.
Simultaneously, across our group companies — STEST, MILSHEL, MPT, and RGB — we have invested in infrastructure expansion and testing capabilities. These developments have enabled us to significantly reduce lead times, increase production flexibility, and enhance our ability to deliver comprehensive turnkey solutions.
This strengthened ecosystem allows Nero Industries to adopt a more proactive, agile, and solution-oriented approach, ensuring faster response times and higher precision in addressing customer needs.

Outlook
Looking ahead, we will continue to expand our presence across both domestic and international markets.
We are preparing for SAHA Expo 2026, where we will participate alongside our group companies STEST, MILSHEL, MPT, and RGB, showcasing our integrated capabilities and collaborative strength.
We extend our sincere thanks to all our partners, clients, and stakeholders who contributed to this productive quarter.
The journey continues.
