Developed in compliance with NATO AEP-54 requirements, the filter delivers consistent performance for collective protection systems installed on armored platforms and shelters.

The primary purpose of the CV-90 Compatible Gas Filter is to ensure maximum protection against airborne CBRN threats by removing both particulate and gaseous contaminants from incoming air. The composite structure provides clean and breathable air for personnel operating in contaminated or high-risk environments.
Deployment Areas
CV-90 Compatible Gas Filter is designed for use in military land platforms and deployable protection systems. Typical applications include 4×4 armored personnel carriers, 8×8 armored vehicles, military tents, containers, and mobile shelters. The filter supports collective protection requirements in environments where exposure to chemical or biological agents is a potential risk.
Configuration and Structural Design
The filter features a composite filtration structure combining a HEPA particulate filter with an activated carbon gas filter. This dual-stage configuration enables efficient removal of airborne particles and adsorption of hazardous gases.
The system provides an airflow capacity of 170 m³/h and is designed to protect up to 10 personnel within enclosed environments. The filter operates reliably across a wide temperature range, with an operating temperature from -32°C to +49°C and a storage temperature range from -40°C to +63°C.
The CV-90 Compatible Gas Filter has been tested and approved by the internationally recognized TNO laboratory, confirming its performance and reliability under military operating conditions.
