CBRN Composite Gas Filter designed by Nero Industry meets the performance specifications detailed in NATO standard AEP54, providing protection against known chemical and biological warfare agents as well as many toxic industrial chemicals. The CV90 compatible CBRN composite filter has been tested and approved in the internationally recognized TNO laboratory and has an air flow rate of 170m³/h and provides protection for up to 10 personnels.

Purpose of Composite CBRN Filters
The purpose of composite CBRN filters is to provide maximum
protection against a wide range of harmful substances. These filters are
designed to remove both particulate and gaseous contaminants from the air, providing
clean and safe breathing air in contaminated environments.
Composite CBRN filters are commonly used in military 4×4 armored personnel carriers, military 8×8 armored vehicles, military tents, containers and mobile shelters. These filters can be used in a range of settings, providing protection to personnel in hazardous environments.
Features of Composite CBRN Filters
Composite CBRN filters are designed with a range of features that enhance their filtration capabilities. These filters use a combination of HEPA filters for particulate filtration and active carbon filters for gas filtration. They have a high filter efficiency of 99.97% and can provide an air flow rate of up to 170 m³/h (100 cfm). Additionally, they have a wide operating temperature range of -32°C to +49°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to +63°C.
